Ernie G Posted January 22, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 22, 2006 Trent: I noticed this morning that a 3.5* came up on Hotwire in the DT zone of FLL. Any idea who this might be? The rate posted was $177 for a 3/10/06 stay.

PandF Posted January 23, 2006 #5 Share Posted January 23, 2006 I can only say that be cautious of any Hotwire rating. I have a two and half star rating from them that has adult strip joints next to the motel, dirty rooms, leaking toilets, running water, noisey rooms, smelly socks left behind, cracks in wall, cig butts left behind in ashtrays in non-smoking rooms, rude staff, non-existent breakfast and all this they "back up" with their Research Team. Stay away from Hotwire( lack of compassion or concern) and esp the Best Western in Hallandale Beach....
Ernie G Posted February 5, 2006 Author #6 Share Posted February 5, 2006 I believe after reading extensively that it is the Hyatt, which has changed it's rating simply due to the remodeling. From what I've read it shouldn't make for a unpleasant stay.
