Specialty Restaurant Reservations on the Sun

I'm going on the 2-11 sailing of the Sun. Like everyone and his brother, I'm sure, I would like to make a reservation for Le Bistro on Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to make this reservation prior to embarkation. Is it possible to make a reservation before the ship leaves? If so, how? I checked NCL's website and wasn't able to come up with anything.

No it is not possible to book the specialty restaurants until you board the ship. then you can make a bee line for where ever they are doing it. Usually the lobby I believe but may be elsewhere. You can usually do it by phone from your cabin as well.
