Great all-day taxi tour with Mike

We loved our day in Barbados! :) We found a taxi driver a few blocks from the pier who agreed to stay with us the whole day for $100 (we ended up paying $130 with a well-deserved tip). The taxi fares kept going down the further you walked from the port! We stopped at a few places, snorkeled at Folkstone, and drove around to the east side of the island and back.

 

I will post another thread with the details of our day, but I wanted to put in a good word for Michael, our driver. His taxi van number is ZM288 and it accomodated our group of nine (4 adults 5 kids). His cell phone number is 246-248-4421. He was a courteous guide and answered the numerous questions we peppered him with. Thanks to him, Barbados was our favorite stop on our cruise!
