Hampton Inn Miami-Coconut Grove/Coral Gables

Having trouble finding ANYTHING about this place on here or tripadvisor. TrentS mentioned the Coconut Grove area and checking through my Hilton HHonors site it looks to be a nice place and from what I understand a pretty cool place in Miami...looking at this one and the Dadeland Hampton.

 

Anybody know anything about it?

You'll need a car for that "Coconut Grove" Hampton Inn... I know they say it's in Coconut Grove, but it's NOT. You can not safely walk to Coconut Grove from there, or to much else. It's on US1, about 15 minutes from the Port of Miami, and about a 5 minute drive to the Grove.

 

Dadeland is about 15 minutes or so further down US1 from the "Coconut Grove" Hampton Inn. I know that one has "shuttles" and it's next to a large mall, but the shuttles are unreliable - Again, if you want to stay down there it's fine, but rent a car!

I have read good reviews of the Dadeland Hampton and have read you saying it a long way from the port and an expensive cab ride if you don't get a shuttle. I made the mistake last year of falling for the free shuttle at a Miami Hotel and ended up hiring a van to take us to the port anyway.
