Bollinge Posted January 25, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2006 It was in reference to a court case in which a crew member was sueing some cruise line (Carnival or RCCL I think) for an injury sustained on board. Someone posted a link to a copy of the crewmember's contract as produced to the court. It said the crewmember was entitled to a low salary, plus his tips. But in the event of tips not being forthcoming, and not the crewmember's fault, the cruise line would make up the wages to a reasonable level, in lieu of tips. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Can you help me find the link again? Thanks
