Hey,

It's been down for over a week. I've emailed them. Very frustrated as we got to do that before we get tickets. Anyone else having the same problem? I tried two different computers.

Yep. Same problem here from D.C. I really like my cruises aboard MSC vessels, but their website and customer service are the worst in the business.

Same problem here.  I tried to do web check-in and the link doesn't work.  My cruise is 18 days away.

Did they reply to your email?

No, they haven't. I have a feeling dad is gonna end up calling them and chewing someone out. It's ridiculous that they don't communicate nothing.

So I just finished the web check-in.

Earlier, I logged into my account and tried to check-in which didn't work.

This time I did not log into my account and clicked on the web check-in link on the main page.

Then it asked for my booking number and name.

From there, I was able to finish all the check-in process.

So if you have not tried yet, DON't log into your account.  Just use the link on the main page to check-in.

Hope it woks for you, too.

It would be nice if they actually, oh... I don't know... communicated such information out so we wouldn't all be clueless and panicky. What a new concept right? (Insert heavy scarscam) I did do that and completed it... just in case anything else happens.
