would anyone reccommend the tropic cay beach resort?

we are needing an inexpensive hotel for 3-31 and will be renting a car so travel does not matter. Found this one for $92. I have a room booked at amerisuites but am worried after the last few posts.

Oh no way!!! AmeriSuites is a Ritz-Carlton compared to that tired old dump. It's just another worn out 1950's motel awaiting the wrecking ball... You'll have far more problems there than with anything you may encounter at AmeriSuites!
