Looking for MDR dinner menus

Hello all! We're going on our first HAL cruise in November on the Nieuw Statendam, and have been combing the internet looking for pictures or similar of the current MDR dinner menus, so we can plan which nights we want to make specialty dining reservations. Is anyone able to provide any information on their nightly offerings? Many thanks in advance!
