I can't think of any all suite hotels in South Beach off hand. Generally the rooms in South Beach hotels are quite small, but the nicer hotels have suites. I'm afraid you're going to pay dearly for them on South Beach though! It looks like you're coming during Spring Break when the rates and occupancies are both are at their highest, a 2 bedroom suite could very well rival what you spent on your cruise. ;)

 

I like these South Beach hotels, they're all nice/decent places in great locations. There are many others, but be careful as the nice places are not cheap, and the cheap places are not nice. Most of the South Beach hotels are quite old, the nicer ones have been gutted and modernized, the cheap ones haven't. You'll also want to be aware that some hotels that advertise themselves as being in South Beach are not in the real South Beach and are too far away to walk to anything...
