AC Diplomatic Vs. Atrium Palace

We currently have the Atrium Palace booked for our 2 night pre-cruise stay, but, I just saw where the AC Diplomatic has reduced their rates during the time we will be there. It is now 20e cheaper per night than the Atrium Palace. Have heard good things about both hotels, but, which has the best location? It seems like they both offer the same things (although I do like the balconys at the Atrium Palace). Is it worth saving 40e ($50 US) to make a switch?

We stayed in the AC last year. It was very nice, but not as good as the majestic where we have previously stopped. The AC has a free minibar service.
