Clifton National Park?

Hi all -

A search of the forums returned no comments on Clifton National beach? I wondered if anyone has visited? I know it's quite a distance; I did see a private tour (with transportation) is available. The general (e.g., trip advisor) reviews look positive, but I got nervous when no one on CC has posted/experienced the beach?

I saw a recent post on Trip Advisor  about a couple doing this on a cruise stop. I did message them to get more information. it looks like it's 40 minute drive? . 

We are going to Nassau the 18th and I'm checking into it for something different to do. Just wondering if the people felt safe.

sorry I contacted a tour operator trying to find out the cost to get there and if you were allowed to explore the park and snorkel on your own, She said she didn't know and would check but I never heard back. 

We were just  in Nassau and just walked to Junkanoo since I wasn't sure about the other.
