Moby Dick-no shows on 1/27!

We were scheduled to go out to Stingray City and snorkeling with Moby Dicks on 1/27. When we arrived in Grand Cayman, we looked for the blue shirts, as the owner Mark had told us to do, but could not find them anywhere. Finally we found a tourism person who told us that Moby Dicks cancelled all of their tours that day due to choppy seas. Evidently, they had been at the pier early on and then left. Now, I have no problem with them cancelling due to safety concerns. We did go out with a different tour who did only the stingray portion and not the snorkeling due to the choppiness, and the waters were crazy rough. My problem is that they did not keep a representative there to explain things. Our ship was a late arrival, but we were on the 2nd tender, and Mark knew 100% when our ship was due to arrive, so it's not like he thought all of the people who had reserved with them had already come on shore. I would be a bit suspicious of using this company, and certainly would not recommend them to anyone. I did see Nativeway still doing their tour as well, so some tours chose to continue on. They seemed to be run very professionally, unlike Moby Dicks.
