Rum Point car rental

I have tried for 2 days to send an online request for a rental at Avis but have yet to hear back from them confirming a car...............Is this the "island time" way or should I call? We are going to Rum Point Beach when we dock in March and want to secure our car. Did those of you that booked online have a similar experience? Thanks!

I booked online and received an automated acknowledgment right away, and an actual email confirmation (with a conf#) two days later (booked Sunday evening, and had a confirmation first thing Tuesday morning).

 

You might want to try giving them a call, just in case.

I will call them today - I am afraid they aren't getting my online request since I have not received any confirmation! They are already booked up for February so I can't wait any longer...............I appreciate the reply!
