Amerisuites in FLL Nightmare Situation Disputed

Just wanted to let everyone know that we were a part of that nightmare weekend in Amerisuites where they had no rooms ready, broken toilets, etc. We contacted their corporate offices and filed a complaint. They were very nice, apologetic and did remove the charge from our credit card. Doing the right thing really goes a long way. They have restored our faith in Amerisuites and we would probably stay there again because of that. But not in FL - no, no, no - never again.

Why not in FLL - I was considering using it again in December - we stayed there Pre Wilma andn thought it was very good.
