She sounded very overwhelmed and I had to repeat everything about 3-4 times. I felt bad for her...sounded like she was the only one there. Their fax machine was down about two weeks ago due to a lightning strike. If you try faxing and it just keeps ringing, they haven't replaced the fax machine yet.
