For those that have been on this excursion, I have a question. My 5 year old son is in a wheelchair due to a hip disease. He is able to walk some, no running, jumping ect... swimming is very good for him. I want to do this and take the wheel chair on the tender to the beach. Let him swim and play some. Do you think this is doable? I know I wont be able to have him in the chair on the beach, I would just need a place to put it. What do you think?

Check this part of their web site. It states that tenders are wheelchair accessible and they are set up for disabled. I was glad to see that someone is making provisions for this!

Also, Anyone who has done this with Carnival. If we do the 9:15 am, will there be enough time to see the port after with ship leaving at 5pm?
