Beagledog Posted February 1, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 1, 2006 Will be sailing Saturday and was wondering if there is any good deals ( Rum or Tequila ) to be had? Last year we got 10 bottles of Rum ( $5 to $6) in St. Thomas to bring home. Is there any limit or restrictions we should know about?
TNTLAMB Posted February 1, 2006 #2 Share Posted February 1, 2006 Kahlua and tequilla (if you knoe tequilla), the rest is cheaper on ship. Eastern was better for the rest.

OnlyCruises Posted February 3, 2006 #4 Share Posted February 3, 2006 I think the limit is 4 750ml bottles per person over 21. The person in charge of port shopping will know for sure.
coiran Posted February 3, 2006 #5 Share Posted February 3, 2006 It is one liter per person unless you buy in St Tmomas - there you can get 5 liters as long as one is a product of St Thomas. If you put it in your luggage the chances are 1 out of 100,000 that they will inspect your luggage - unless you put it on your form. Ron
