Sky Sweet Posted February 4, 2006 Author #2 Share Posted February 4, 2006 I find it interesting that with all the TA's who are regular posters on this board, only people who were never travel agents responded to my poll.
flashdog_1 Posted February 4, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 4, 2006 Hey, it's only been 12 hours, give them time to read it. Bet some will respond. I have worked for an airline, however, and that certainly helps in the whole picture of travel. (Antilles Airboats, St Thomas, US Virgin Islands 1965-72. Hi Flashdog :) If you worked for an airline during that period, you probably enjoyed the airline scenes in "Catch Me if You Can". Airline travel was a lot more glamorous during that period than it is now :)
Sky Sweet Posted February 6, 2006 Author #5 Share Posted February 6, 2006 With all the travel agents who have posted on the board within the past few days, I am amazed that only one of 87 responses to this poll is from a TA. While perusing other sections of cruise critic last week I learned that a number of posters who have never indicated that they were travel agents when posting on this board, did so elsewhere. That is why I was curious to get a realistic feel for the percentage of Celebrity posters who are travel agents, but I guess I never will :)
