4x4 Buggy rental in Nassau

We recently did an off road 4x4 rental in Aruba and loved it as we were able to really go off road, on dirt/rock/sand and explore on our own.  What is the 4x4 buggy like in Nassau?  We are looking for an offroad experience, not driving a buggy down paved streets.  Is that possible in Nassau or is it more regulated where you have to stay on formal roads?  Are there dirt or sand paths you can drive on?  Any recommendations as to where to book or a route to take?

 

ETA:  We will have 3 generations so ages 4-78.

It's mainly an on-road experience.   No dune and beach experience
