Infinity - Cruise Director & New Menus

Infinity beckons to us on April 28 out of SFO. Can anyone tell us who the cruise director is right now?

 

Also, I have read that menus have changed around the first of the year. Can anyone point me to a site that has the current menus for the "M" class ships for 10 day cruises?
