Denali Lakeview Inn

We've stayed twice and really liked it. Actually prefer it to the more expensive rooms at the park entrance area. Rooms are good sized and come with either a porch or balcony. Some even have jetted tubs. It sits right on a small but scenic lake where we've seen ducks, loons, and even a moose. There are several dining places in Healy (nothing fancy) or you can drive back to the big hotels at the park entrance.

A continental breakfast is provided every day and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Give yourself about 45 minutes to drive up to where you catch the shuttle busses. The trip should take about 20 minutes but you need time to park and get in line for your shuttle bus.
