Driving directions needed

Try these addresses for Port Everglades:

1850 Eller Drive

Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316

S.E. 10th Avenue

Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301

The port area is fairly large. I mapped out both of these addresses. The first, is at the south end of the port and the second at the north end. From memory, I believe the cruise terminals are at teh south end of the port. Regardless, both appear to be valid asddresses for the port. I hope this helps.

Driving from Port Everglades to Comfort Suites located 3901 SW 117 AVe..

Are you certain about this address for your hotel. The ChoiceHotels website doesn't show a Comfort Suites at this address in Ft Lauderdale.

That sounds like a Miami, not Ft. Lauderdale, address for the hotel.

My bad, I know exactly where it is in Miami.

Serene, easiest way without getting lost is to get on I-595 West (from Port Everglades there is plenty of signage, it's the main artery out of the port.)

Anyway, I-595 west to the Florida Turnpike.

Proceed South on the Florida Turnpike for about 3o miles.

Get off at the SW 40th Street exit. Exit 43

Turn left onto Bird Road

Turn left onto 117th Ave

It's not as hard as it may sound, probably take you 40-45 minutes on the weekend.
