JackieHLWB Posted February 12, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 12, 2006 My husband and I are sailing on July 1 Constellation. Cabin is 7117 real close to the inisde 7123 already posted on this board. We sailed in July 2002 on the Constellation to the British Isles, etc. Loved everything, the ship, ports, food - 14 perfect days. Sailed to the Mediteranean on the Millenium in July 2004, concierge class and would not spend the extra $$'s. The ship was shabby especially in the Martini bar. Service on the Constellation was much better and looking forward to meeting all of you and sailing away again. :o

emeyers Posted February 12, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 12, 2006 Jackie: By the way, my wife Dena and I will be in 7129 We 'll be neighbors. Many other members on our roll call are also on the Vista deck. In July 2003 we were on the British Isles Constellation cruise. Enjoyed it so much that we booked and were on the Infinity South Amercica cruise the following February. Ellis

We've got a great group going and there's always room for more. My wife Rose-Linda and I are in room 7000 (right up front) and are looking forward to meeting you. Cecil P.S. Ellis is a great guy, but he likes to spend my money on shore excursions. PPS. We want to pick your brains on the British Isles trip. We're doing it B2B with this trip. TN Vol Fan Posted February 16, 2006 #6 Share Posted February 16, 2006 Ellis- How right you are about the tax man. Just finished ours for 05 and what we get back will be our casino money for the July trip. We intend to be in there every night if our luck holds true. Hello to JackieHLWB. How many are with you? For us it's just Cecil and myself, but we are meeting lots of interesting friends on the cruise boards. Can't wait to meet everyone. emeyers Posted February 16, 2006 #7 Share Posted February 16, 2006 Rose-Linda: You will never see us in the casino. Dena and I never gamble; in fact we are two of the few who have never even bought a lottery ticket. I'm just a poor loser when it comes to betting. I learned this very early in life. The only time my number was called, it was my draft call number. Sigh. My kicks are investing, and of course all SPORTS. No-smart investing is not gambling--it's investing for your future to ensure a great retirement. Ellis
