Cruisefirst cert confusion?

Hi cruisers!   I suddenly saw this at top of my acct page and it’s referring to my unused cert from 11/20, where I have $300 to use with a 6 day or more cruise by 11/30/23, but this message says a different message?  Is this saying any cruise, like 4-5 days and not 6?   I am looking at a quickly Bermuda trip, but didn’t think I could use it?  Anyone else get this message? Thx!

Cruisefirst are new certificates usually sold by travel agents for $150. at the time of booking. Maybe you bought one?

Yes, as I said, but it’s goodbye till 11/30/23, while this offer is different

It’s says good till end of 2022.

Did you have a cruise cancelled and receive Future Cruises Credit(s)?  That is the message you are seeing, which has nothing to do with Future Cruise Credits usage.

 

You might want to look at these two (separate) NCL pages explaining Cruise First Certificates and Future Cruise Certificates.

The NCL message you display refers only to Future Cruise Certificates!

Have you called NCL and asked them?  Have you asked your TA or PCC?  Why ask random people who may not know the correct answer?

I did ask several agents online and no one knew the answer.
