Considering RCL - General Questions

Unless anyone in your group is in a wheelchair -- Royal doesn't have any accessible Star Class suites available. The closest you can get is the accessible Crown Loft Suite, which is only Sky Class.  No Genie for wheelchair users.

My mom did a 2bdr Aqua Suite and was in an electric scooter.  She is partially paralyzed and made it work.  She had help of course.  Accessible cabins mainly provide needed space and shower accommodation and the aqua suite can probably work for some depending.
