Is Cozumel worth getting off the boat for yet

Going to Cozumel and Progresso in April, Have they recouped enough from hurricane Wilma yet. Also does anyone know if they are docking or tendering.

Cozumel is recovering nicely. Rebuilding alot of things. Paradise Beach is open and so is Calos n Charlies just to name a few.

We went to Coz this past December, and while there is devastating loss, the locals have done a fine job of rebuidling, and there was plenty to do on the island. The shopping was great, the people friendly, and our time at Playa Mia was fantastic. :)

In one word YES,

 

If for nothing else but to drop a few bucks and help these people re-build after such a devastating loss....

 

They are still tendering and looks like they will be for some time ...
