Shore Excursions ideas/plans

Hello and thanks in advance. We are booked on The Rotterdam 10/2/2022-10/30/2022- Amsterdam start through Baltics and then the crossing to NYC. Hopefully covid will be tamer by then and we will be welcomed in the ports of call. Anyone else out there looking at Shore Excursions and maybe small private group trips?
