lgerrish Posted May 13, 2004 #64 Share Posted May 13, 2004
Originally posted by marcyjane: To lgerrish, Have you written a review of the victory yet? Marcy Jane- I haven't written a "formal" review yet, but here's a short version... ...the Victory is beautiful! It offers as much or as little to keep you busy. We enjoyed the shows Vroom and Living in America. The food was good (but the lobster isn't Maine lobster). We certainly didn't go hungry; there are so many options for meals - the deli, buffets, pizzeria, grill, dining rooms, and room service. Our wait staff and room steward couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating. We don't have anything but praise for the crew and workers that made our vacation out of this world - and being out of the Maine cold and in the warm tropical sun seemed like being out of this world!! The Victory is huge and we were lost a few times so be prepared to backtrack a few steps. We enjoyed the nightlife, losing a few bucks in the Casino, and walking around. If you want to know anything in particular, please email me at lgerrish@adelphia.net and... ...enjoy your cruise. Lynn

dawnp Posted July 20, 2004 Author #73 Share Posted July 20, 2004 a suite is so nice!! We had one on the Fantasy (Cat 12) and felt so spoiled by the room to move around and the balcony was heaven (the Fantasy is one of the ships with very few balconies) You'll love it but it's so hard to go back to a regular room after ;)
