When 5-11 year olds are fully vaccinated but it's not required by RCCL yet, how does RCCL categorize them?

I scheduled our first on asap. We won’t be fully vaxxed for the November cruise but she should be clear to go for December 26! If anything it’ll make embarkation so much easier without the special tests needed.

Disney just mandated vaccines for all 5 year old and above starting January 13th.  I think it's only a matter of time that the rest of the lines follow suit.  You can't get more family oriented than Disney.
