Apex - Edge Ship questions from a Newbie

Hi Everyone,

It's been so informative and entertaining reading these boards. I am grateful to all that post and reply. I am new to cruising and have a few questions that I'm hoping you can answer.

First, I am looking to book a day pass for the SEA Thermal Wellness. When I'm logged into CC, it is allowing me to pick a time, which is in 15 minute increments. Am I correct to assume this is just to limit how many people will be in the Thermal area or to make the check in process easier? The system will not let me book both my husband and i at the same time...he would have to wait 15 minutes. Also, can we still stay all day and am I allowed to leave the Thermal area and come back later that day?

Second, I am looking at a CC excursion.  If I book one now but change my mind later, can I get my shipboard credit back or will I lose it? Is there a timeframe that I can cancel up to?

Third, I am looking at Raw on 5...should I book that earlier in the cruise or would it not matter? I am just wondering how they keep raw seafood and fish fresh on a 9 night cruise. lol.....anyone know if they pick up fresh food along the port stops?

One last thing, i promise, how closely do the daily menus follow the info on the app? I want to book specialty restaurants on menu days that aren't as appealing. I am not sure if what I see now for my cruise in 4 weeks is actually the real menu.

Thanks in advance for any and all feedback.

1. dont know about the Sea pass but I heard Covid protocols only allow so many people in at a time so i head you had to make a reservation

2. yes I have canceled a excursion that i bought with on board credit and got it all back

3. yes I believe they get fresh food at different ports if needed

4. when I was on the Menus on the app where spot on every day (but I do think they can change )
