Booking beverage packages

There are some good Black Friday prices for the beverage packages for our December Oasis cruise. We want to get the Deluxe package for my husband and the Refreshment package for me. I know we have to call to arrange that, but I’m afraid the phone lines are going to be crazy the next couple days. Can I book the Refreshment package for me online and the Deluxe package for both of us then call when things calm down and have them remove the Deluxe package for me?

I don't know if it will even let you book two packages for one person regardless of the type.  If you're happy with sale prices now I would call and just get it done.
