Grandeur Boarding time?

I thought I had posted this already, but couldn't find it....please forgive if this is a double!

 

My sister and I are cruising out of Tampa on Mar 2 - I've read that lots of folks get board around 11, without any problem. Our offical documents tell us to get to the ship at 3. Which is correct? How early can we board?

We were on the sailing of Feb 11th - 16th and got to the pier about 11 and were on the ship by 1130. We couldnt get in are room till about 1pm
