Medallion sustainable wrist band

Just got our medallions and I got the sustainable band which has a hard plastic case with a solid back. I put it in the holder and now can’t get it out. I thought they could swapped from lanyard to wristband etc.  Anyone know a trick to get it out?

Just twist the top part and it comes away. The small circle on top not the entire medallion holder

I totally agree. My case is now all scratched up since I tried to pry my medallion out with a knife. That’s when I finally saw the little turn arrow on the back. 🙂

I only have a couple of scratches since I tried a pin.  They need a diagram in the box, but what do you want from Singapore 🤣
