Booked guarantee cabin for 1/9/22 and not provided boarding ticket?

Hello all, 

We leave this Sunday and had still  not received boarding passes. I understand MSC can assign cabins day of sailing but I've never had that happen.  I called MSC about boarding passes and the csr asked for passport information which I've entered many times but it always disappears. Then she tried to email the boarding ticket and then said they don't issue boarding tickets for guarantee cabins. Has anyone experienced this? Did you have trouble getting into the terminal? Our cruise is out of Port Canaveral.

Of course you get Boarding Tickets for GTY cabins; that's just silly!  Call back and talk to someone else.  (And if you booked with a Travel Agent please have them intervene)

Call back, you still get boarding docs and the health questionnaire sent to you regardless of your booking category.

Agree call back. They also can wait to assign  a cabin # up to 4 days prior to sailing...
