Stevie Lawson Posted February 21, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2006 Has anyone had any probs with this. On return from the Explorer of the Seas in Nov 2005 I wrote to Weybridge. I received an acknowledgement letter and to date have not had a reply. When I call they say further 14 days and do not response to emails. 10 days ago I wrote to Richard Fain CEO in Miami, no reply yet either. I have a valid complaint backed up by paperwork proof...
