Protocol updates for 6 Jan cruise please

Just back from the Jan 2-7 cruise.

Rapid antigen testing was performed at the pier.  The process was well organized and speedy.  The day before the cruise Virgin sent an email asking us to pre-register for the COVID tests (at a testing company website), but the electronic form did not work completely....and had to be completed on embarkation day while we were in line for testing.

Masks were required for passengers in indoor spaces unless eating/drinking.  In the cabin at embarkation were two masks along with a letter from the Captain explaining the updated policy.  Masks were required for the crew.

Masks were required at the Beach Club, including the tram to/from, in Bimini unless eating/drinking/swimming.

The ship sailed with very low occupancy.  One RockStar agent mentioned that there were only ~600 passengers for the sailing and that for the past few weeks the occupancy had been ~1200 to 1800 per sailing.  My cabin was on deck 9....and only 3 cabins on the entire deck were occupied.

No special procedures were in place regarding social distancing.  Because of low passenger count, restaurants were not crowded and diners were seated with more than the usual spacing.  Indoor entertainment venues were sometimes crowded.

Hand sanitizer dispensers were located throughout the ship.

No mention was made by the Captain/crew regarding COVID cases onboard.  The fire doors forward of the forward elevator lobby on deck 9 were closed with "Restricted Access" signs to segregate cabins for any passengers with COVID.

No cancellations of scheduled activities because of COVID issues.
