Credit card redemption with cancelled cruise

Wondering if anyone has experienced this before. I redeemed 15000 points from my RCCL card for an onboard credit for my upcoming cruise on the Serenade. Now the Serenade has been cancelled.  Does anyone have experience with getting the points back on card or moving it to another sailing?

I moved mine  with no problem just called ,01/09 JOS to 01/28 MOS
