What if you booked with Free at Sea and then they came back after you booked and said "I'm sorry, we changed all that 2 months ago after your booked and now it is no longer". Would you be happy with a $200.00 OBC. I would agree with you, however, they should have checked their website before the restart. It was not hard to find.
