Are you not able to pick your own spot?  I know other cruiselines 'offer' their choice of hotel but also will give you a 'budget' to pick your own hotel if you wish. (and you would submit receipts etc to get reimbursed).

 

If time allowed I would personally try to choose my own 'quarantine' hotel - and would look for something with a bit more space, maybe a balcony possibly a small kitchen area (or fridge/microwave setup) to make things easier?
