Sushi 101

I took it a few weeks ago.  It was sorta fun, but I took it by myself (husband's not into sushi) so I think it would've been more fun with a partner.  My sushi came out looking kinda terrible but tasted okay lol.

 

You make 2 different sushi rolls, one with tuna and one with tempura shrimp.  All of the ingredients are already measured and organized for you when you get to your station, so I don't know if they could make a vegan accommodation unless you contacted them first.  After the class they send you an email with recipes.  Mine came from MDKITCHEN@Carnival.com, so you may try sending an email there.  I have no idea if you'll get an answer but it's worth a shot.
