Families - best excursions you've done

Ours wasn't an organized excursion......we rented one of those topless, patchwork VW bugs in Cozumel, drove to Chankanaab and snorkeled (kids' first time) then drove around the island, stopping at deserted beaches. The kids drank Cokes from glass bottles for the first time and just thought that was so cool. It was just the best day. The pictures are priceless!

Definately the dune buggy tour in Costa Maya/Majaual. The kids enjoyed the wild ride (with mom driving) and the beach was fabulous. They had volleyball and rafts and hammocks and snacks. My son disappeared when he was stuck in the bathroom for a while, though, and gave us the scare of our lives. His too, probably! :D

Nativeway's Ray Reef & Rum tour on Grand Caymen! My girls (12, 10 & 9) LOVED the stingrays. They weren't afraid at all! We booked independant of the ship. Our guides were GREAT! Very professional and knowledgeable. Kept the girls entertained the whole time! Plus, there were only 3 families on our tour so we had QUALITY time with the rays - not like the ship's tours where a hundred people were fighting over a dozen rays! Rum Point Island was beautiful! Great beach for kids! Clean bathrooms!
