No. After watching the video (either on your cabin TV or on the app) you just have to check in to your muster station to prove you know where it is and be shown how to put on a life jacket. They give you a window of about an hour to do that and in my four voyages so far it’s never been crowded. All very simple.

During the check in at the muster point and the life vest demo they encourage people to take seats if in a venue that has seats, so generally the distancing will be the same as when that venue is open as a bar/restaurant.
