Self Covid Testing on Royal Princess while in Victoria

Does anyone know if the Wifi on the Royal Princess is good enough to do the Emed covid testing while docked in Victoria?

We are also considering being tested at the Vancouver Airport, but unsure of the time to schedule and if an appointment is needed. 

Does the testing facility at Vancouver Airport accept walk-ins.

Yes, for us it was. We tested yesterday with eMed, Medallion net Wi-Fi in Victoria on the Royal. EMed requires you test your speaker, microphone, cameras and connection to the internet before you start. My “ Wi-Fi test” failed everywhere EXCEPT for in Victoria.
