Collecting on RCCL's VISA points

Help please. Has anyone used their Points to take the free cruise or upgrades etc? I have enough points for the 7 day cruise but I have no idea how to redeem. Can you help? Thanks.

Hi!! I just redeemed 15000 to upgrade our room for the sovereign next month. all I did was call MNBA {credit cvard company} and they will send you the coupon, then you call RCCL and let them know whatyou have redeemed them for and when you receive the coupons in the mail, yoiu mail them onto RCCL. Make sure you fill out the back of the coupon and make a copy for yourself.......Happy sailing

Thanks so much for your help. I didn't know to call MBNA, I thought I was to call RCCL but didn't know. Do you know if you have to book through RCCL or can you use another agent? Thanks again for your help and I know you'll enjoy your cruise. Lucky you!!!
