Food tour in Rome

Has anyone done the "Rome on your own train" tour with Celebrity?  We are booked on this tour and thinking about doing a food tour via Viator once in Rome.  However, not sure what time we would arrive in Rome via the train and then what time we need to meet up for the train back to the ship.

We've done the Eating Europe food tour in Rome several times and LOVE them!  They'll list their tours on the website.  We took a transfer via Tiber Limo to the food tour and he waited and returned us back to the ship.  Great day and fabulous food!
