Iona's Retreat

May be a daft question given it'll be the Fjords next May but...would there be any point in booking the pass for the retreat? Is it all open air or is some of it indoors?

Thanks

Lisa

We were on Iona in May, visiting Norway. The cost of the Retreat for the whole week was reduced due to "unpredictable weather". We took the chance anyway and were lucky enough to have almost 5 days of really good weather. It is all open air.

Purchasing the Retreat pass did not automatically give you access to the Thermal Suite, but we managed to wrangle a freebie 2hr session.

Hope that helps.

Almost, we were on board last week and decided against the thermal suite. When we had been before you got much more access for the money. Even with the nice weather we had there didn't seem to be an issue finding space around the pools. Though they were much quieter first thing.
