Individual Sun Umbrellas

Hi All,

We are sailing on the July 17th sailing on the Breakaway. Can a person use an individual size travel umbrella that clips to your lounger? This cruise recently became sea days heavy and I know shade is in short supply, especially when my travel mates are sun worshipers...thanks 🙂

What a great idea! I’d like to know too.i just had surgery and I’m not supposed to sit in the sun.

I do not see why they would care as long as it fits in your suitcase.

It might block someone’s view or be a hazard if it blew off.

I wouldn't use it if it was windy but there's definitely a shade shortage. Hopefully we can snag a Vibe pass, that seems to be where they're hoarding their sun umbrellas.

I may bring one too! Depends on if it will fit in my suitcase! Thanks for this thread BTW. I was wondering if some of the beaches had umbrellas. If I BYO I won't have to worry about it. On another note - we may see you in Vibe if there are a ton of kids onboard.
