ARN to downtown Stockholm

Has anyone taken the train from ARN to downtown Stockholm and if so how easy is it. We are actually going to the Hilton for our precruise stay next Sunday!

Done it several times and it is the easiest and most comfortable way to get to the city. You will find a lot of signs in the airport to Arlanda Express. There are ticket machines in the terminal as well as on the platforms that will work with your credit card. 
 

once you arrived at T-Centralen (main station of Stockholm) you took a taxi to the Hilton which will be a 7-10 minutes ride.

@Balian65 quite agree....simple, clean and quick!   Am I right in thinking that tickets are available online in advance too?  I seem to recall doing that - one less thing to worry about on arrival at Arlanda.

(Just checked and yes,  they are available online  here https://www.arlandaexpress.com/tickets)
