Boarding the Dawn in New York

I've seen occasional references to the Dawn's return to NY, indicating that the ship often docks before its scheduled 10:00 a.m. arrival time (barring the occasional blizzard).

I'll be going on the Dawn this Sunday, and wondered if there is any way to estimate when the boarding process might begin -- assuming that Sunday's weather behaves itself.

Thanks!

11:30 to noon is good.We will also be sailing, Joan B. Please join the rest of us on the Cruise Critic Roll Call Board for the March 5th sailing. The group is a great mixture of folks from all over. We will be having a meet and greet party for Cruise Critics members at the Star Bar on board the Dawn on Monday, March 6th at 10:30 AM. It is an opportunity to meet some of the officers and crew. Thanks Eileen.

I realize there are several unpredictable variables, but hope that arriving at the pier about Noon on Sunday will be good timing.

See you there!
