MSC Casino comped room - eligible for MSC Upgrade program?

I’ve just booked an Oceanview 7 day cruise in Mar 2023 that was comped through my Local casino (Ocean Casino AC). Are such casino comped rooms eligible for the MSC Upgrade program? 
 

If yes, when will we expect to receive the MSC Upgrade emails?

 

If no, any way we can get the booking onto the MSC Upgrade list?

I can confirm you are eligible To bid on an upgrade. However, you need to make sure you are enrolled to receive marketing emails. I cannot speak as to the timeframe when you will receive such upgrade opportunity.

Thanks so much! Yes - i should be enrolled to receive marketing emails - I did get the emails from MSC Upgrade previously and upgraded to YC on 2 previous cruises.
